SCOPE OF WORK
Prep and paint exterior of home.
Painting Includes stucco body, pop outs, trim, fascia, doors. Excludes back gate.
Mechanical pressure-wash to remove flaking paint and debris to prepare for paint.
Stucco failure and cracks will be patched and properly blended. Our stucco mason will perform these repairs.
Caulk and wet brush cracks to properly blend.
Metal will be sanded/scraped, and spot primed using a red oxide rust inhibitive
primer.
Trench Rocks away from home.
Mask surrounding areas not being painted.
